An active receiver antenna, with very broad bandwidth. 100kHz to 1500Mhz. Supplied with appropriate Bias-T for phantom remote power. Use your own DC or AC power supply, alternatively, we can supply a complete supply/bias-t unit.

Typical Applications:
Radio frequency receive signal boosting
AT-05 = VLF to VHF
AT-10 = VHF up
AT-20 = VHF extended
Description:
Mast-head type amplifier. Typical input could be a short whip. Designed in-house. State of the art low noise PHEMPT technology. Stable. Very robust and reliable. Low intermodulation.
Note: due to its high imput impedance, signal sources must have a low loading capacitance to maintain high frequency performance. For 50 Ohm sources, the HA-40 is advised.
Brief Specifications: (to be confirmed)
For Zout = 50R
Nominal Gain = 20dB + or - 3dB
AT-05 Frequency Range (3db) = 100kHz to 100MHz
AT-10 Frequency Range (3dB) = 50MHz to 1000MHz
AT-20 Frequency Rage (3dB) = 50MHz to 2000 MHz
Input impedance = very high >> 10MegOhm (50R available – option set at factory)
Input Return Loss = NA
Noise = 3dB
IP3 > 27dB
Power requirements (at head) = 12v DC, at 120mA
Dimensions (uncased) = 60mm x 40mm x 15mm
NOTE: This is a sensitive broadband amplifier, and may be overloaded by input signals away from the region of interest. Best noise and IP3 performance will be obtained when used with our minature RF filters - click here for more info - use your browser BACK button to return here
Options:
Output impedance can be set to 50R, 75R, 100R
BT-15 bias-T for remote operation (coax fed power)
Power supply - mains DC supply
Typical Performance:
Here are some snapshot comparisons at LF, HF, and VHF - with and without an AT-05 fitted. Note the increase in signal strength as shown on the receiver 'S' meter.
Receiver used = JRC NRD-545 DSP receiver.
