About The Directors - Fury Technology Ltd
Fury Technology can call upon some 70 man-years of design experience in the field of electronics, in particular, microprocessor controlled radio and telemetry systems. The design team comprise of three primary members covering a broad range of technologies and experience;

John Thomas
After a period of research into particle physics at University College London, John spent 10 years with a major broadcaster as a senior engineer, where he worked on digital audio and TV development, and also remote control systems. He has also worked for Marconi on military projects including the development of mobile communications and frequency-hopping radio. Later he moved to British Telecommunications where he helped develop mobile telephone networks. In addition to running his own businesses, John has provided consultancy services to the electronics industry, and latterly spent three years developing high-reliability, high-density multi-channel rotary telemetry technology. Fury Technology was set up by John with his co-directors, Peter and Alex, to fulfil the need in the UK market for complex electronic monitoring and control systems. Johns’s role includes project management, integration of software and hardware, and business development for Fury Technology.

Alex Bolychevsky
Alex is responsible for software engineering, embedded software, and integration with hardware platforms. A founder member of Fury Technology, Alex has more than 20 years of experience in software development and academic research. Prior to co-founding Fury Technology he has worked for major telecommunications and cellular market companies such as Symbian, NEC, and Samsung, performing various development and management roles. Most recently, Alex held a position of System Architect at Infineon Technologies UK. His particular areas of expertise include real-time and embedded software, telecommunication protocols, formal design methodologies and CPU architectures. Alex holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Novosibirsk University, Russia.

Peter Dobson
Peter Dobson is a founder member of Fury Technology and is primarily responsible for electronics design. He has spent all his life working in electronics technology. After graduating at Brunel University with an Honours Degree in telecommunications, he started in industry with Ferranti working on state of the art real time computer systems used for weapon aiming. This experience provided a good basis for both hardware design, systems commissioning and integration.
Subsequently he spent several years with Easams working on MRCA Tornado. Then Peter worked for eight years as a contract engineer carrying out designs in many different disciplines. In the mid 1980s he branched out into the world of telemetry-controlled video cameras, first with Videmech and subsequently with Forward Vision Systems (of which he was a founder member). Peter brings to Fury Technology over 20 years of design experience in this field. This background is directly relevant to the advanced systems that Fury design and manufacture.
